For eons after, the world remained at peace. But some things… were never meant to stay buried. The Great War The Great War between the Legion and the Void unleashed a devastating surge of energy, sending shockwaves through the battlefield, causing the ground to pulsate with an eerie glow. The ground trembled, with a series of jagged cracks appearing, spider-webbing across the surface of Mane City. Deep within the cracks of the earth, something ancient and forbidden stirred. The air hummed with tension, as if the very ground was alive, writhing and shifting under an unseen force. As the fractures grew larger, the blue Cronium chains that were used to hold the lands together began to quiver. The once indestructible bonds that held the world together now trembled with a foreign yet powerful energy, hinting at the inevitable moment when they would no longer hold. Finally, the force beneath the grounds overcame the previously unbreakable Cronium chains. A deafening screech quickly follows as a thousand Cronium chains shatter in unison. The energy in Mane City has shifted, as a terrifying shadow emerges from the chasm. The Loaded Lions and Dark Lions stood frozen, their past battles now meaningless in the face of the terror they had unknowingly unleashed. The Journey Ahead Mane City stands on the precipice of its greatest battle yet. The Loaded Lions, Cyber Cubs and Dark Lions must journey into uncharted territories, uncovering the secrets of the Guardians, and the forces that once shaped their world.

SimCity 3000 Unlimited
In 2000, SimCity 3000 was re-released under different names in different regions, such as SimCity 3000 Unlimited (in North America and Oceania), SimCity 3000 Deutschland (Germany), SimCity 3000 UK Edition (UK & Ireland) and SimCity 3000 World Edition (other countries), among others. This added, among other things, East Asian and European building sets, additional terrain colors and vegetation types, a snapshot feature, additional music, an improved version of the Building Architect Tool (a pseudo-3D design tool based on cubes), four additional disasters (such as locusts and space junk), additional landmarks (like the Seoul Tower and Helsinki Cathedral), new reward buildings, thirteen scenarios (along with an editor based on Microsoft Access) and a new FMV intro. Premade cities are also available, including (London and Liverpool for the UK), Berlin (with the Berlin Wall), Madison, Madrid, Moscow and Seoul. The game also includes city terrains based on the geography of real cities, including Hong Kong and Chicago. At the time of the game's release, EA launched a website for Simcity 3000 Unlimited which allowed users to exchange their creations.
