Final Fantasy VIII
The Steam version of Final Fantasy VIII comes with several in-game enhancements, including a speed-up option to fast-forward through cutscenes and FMVs and built-in cheats, such as Battle Assist, making battles almost impossible to lose. Like Final Fantasy VII, the re-release version comes with the Magic Booster feature that allows players to boost their characters' magics to 100. Achievements and cloud save data storage are also available. Windowed mode and high-resolution displays (up to 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz) are now supported. However, the game still uses the original MIDI tracks from the 1999 version, rather than the PlayStation version music, unlike the 2012 re-released Final Fantasy VII which has received a musical update. Chocobo World is playable directly from the launcher after booting Final Fantasy VIII.

Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers
Real Bout 2 revamps the two-line battle system from Real Bout Special. Your mission, as a team of five of the toughest persons in the Corps, is to infiltrate and gain control of Europe-1. You must sweep the entire station clean of aliens. Zero Tolerance is a first-person shooter. It is required that you kill every single alien on each of the levels (hence the name). The five members of your team, who have different skills, start out with different weapons, and are your five chances of seeing this through.
Jersey Devil
Jersey Devil, as the title implies, is loosely based upon the legendary New Jersey beast of the same name. Instead of the horrific beast the legend describes, the protagonist of the title is cute purple creature with long-ears and small wings. Dr. Knarf -- the villain of the piece -- has created a legion of mutated vegetables to do his evil bidding, and it falls to Jersey Devil to stop the maniacal scientist. To do this, the purple protagonist must venture through a series of 3D platform stages spread across themed environments such as a museum, cemetery, forest, and even a haunted house. Endowed with an ample set of abilities, Jersey Devil must jump, glide, and tail whip his way through the hordes of vegetables and undead minions, the latter comprising such mainstays as zombies, bats, and spiders.

Disgaea PC
A version of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, including the added content in Afternoon of Darkness, was released for Microsoft Windows via Steam on February 24, 2016, retitled as Disgaea PC. The initial release was panned by critics on launch due to its many bugs, which included persistent crashes, save file loss, and poor performance, even on high-end PCs. A patch was released soon afterwards that fixed many of the bugs. Another patch was released for the game later that added the four characters previously exclusive to Disgaea DS. Players who bought the game during the 2016 Steam Summer Sale would also earn free in-game cosmetic items for Valve’s first person shooter game Team Fortress 2.

SimCity 3000 Unlimited
In 2000, SimCity 3000 was re-released under different names in different regions, such as SimCity 3000 Unlimited (in North America and Oceania), SimCity 3000 Deutschland (Germany), SimCity 3000 UK Edition (UK & Ireland) and SimCity 3000 World Edition (other countries), among others. This added, among other things, East Asian and European building sets, additional terrain colors and vegetation types, a snapshot feature, additional music, an improved version of the Building Architect Tool (a pseudo-3D design tool based on cubes), four additional disasters (such as locusts and space junk), additional landmarks (like the Seoul Tower and Helsinki Cathedral), new reward buildings, thirteen scenarios (along with an editor based on Microsoft Access) and a new FMV intro. Premade cities are also available, including (London and Liverpool for the UK), Berlin (with the Berlin Wall), Madison, Madrid, Moscow and Seoul. The game also includes city terrains based on the geography of real cities, including Hong Kong and Chicago. At the time of the game's release, EA launched a website for Simcity 3000 Unlimited which allowed users to exchange their creations.

Based off of the Disney movie, Lilo & Stitch: Trouble in Paradise released June 14, 2002 for PlayStation and Windows. The action-adventure game has players take control of the two titular characters at separate times, each with their own unique styles of gameplay, as they fight alien enemies on their home island of Kauai.
