Call of Duty 2
In the mobile version of Call of Duty 2, you take the roles of various soldiers fighting through World War II. There's four years (1942-1945), each one with two soldiers to choose from, each with their own set of missions. Everything but the first missions are locked, and you have to complete them to unlock the later ones, eventually unlocking the next year as soon as you finish every mission in the earlier one. The missions can vary wildly, from location to objective and weapons. In some missions you have a team of soldiers to help you out, in others you have to work solo. You'll be instructed along the mission on what to do, as well as receiving hints and tips on how to do it. You may have to take down enemy troops, call in airstrikes, hide from bomber attacks, destroy enemy vehicles or even be left all alone sniping enemy units. The time you take to beat the mission is stored so you can try to beat the default "best time" or your own best time. The game works in a pseudo top-down view, since the game works like a 2D top-down but the scenario is rather 3D. Most of the maps are similar, having you start on the bottom and having to make your way up to the top to progress through the mission. You can crawl under sandbags or hide behind buildings for cover, and sometimes there's medics spread around to assist you. The weapons are varied, from pistols, machine guns, sniper, bazooka or even a walkie-talkie to call in airstrikes. Most of the weapons simply fire forward, but to help you aim, some can "auto-point" at nearby targets, and others have a reticule that you move around with the D-Pad.

Air-Sea Battle
There are six basic types of game available in Air-Sea Battle, and for each type, there are one or two groups of three games, for a total of twenty-seven game variants. Within each group, variant one is the standard game, variant two features guided missiles which can be directed left or right after being fired, and variant three pits a single player (using the right gun) against a computer opponent, which simply fires continuously at the default angle or speed. In every game, players shoot targets (enemy planes or ships, shooting gallery targets, or each other, depending on the game chosen) competing to get a higher score. Each round lasts two minutes and sixteen seconds; the player with the higher score after time expires is the winner, unless one player wins (and ends the game) by reaching 99 points before the time is up.

Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix
Set in a crazed, alternate future of Hong Kong, Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix is the prequel to the survival-horror hit Fear Effect. You play as one of four deadly mercenaries on a team that's been commissioned to bring back the kidnapped daughter of a powerful Chinese executive. The action begins with Hana, Glas, and Deke the three main characters from the original game meeting each other for the first time. Soon afterward they meet Rain, a close friend of Hana's. Hana, Glas, and Deke are on separate missions to retrieve three objects, but before long they realize that they're involved in the same deadly plot. The action takes the foursome through Hong Kong, Hell's Kitchen in New York City, the walled city of Xi'an, the lost tomb of the first emperor of China, and in the end, to the mountain island of the immortals, Penglai Shan. Then, after lunch, things really get crazy!

Disney's TaleSpin
TaleSpin is a scrolling shooter video game based on the Disney television series TaleSpin. The game was developed by Capcom for the NES in 1991 and was ported to the Game Boy in 1992. The Game Boy version is essentially a slightly stripped-down version of the game. The NES version of the game was included in The Disney Afternoon Collection compilation for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in April 2017. The gameplay consists of maneuvering Baloo's plane "The Sea Duck" through each level, fending off incoming enemies and avoiding obstacles. Items can be collected for extra lives or to add to the total cash score. The plane can be rotated upside to traverse back through the level, but only on horizontally scrolling areas. At the end of each level, the player is required to fight a boss enemy by repeatedly shooting its weak points. After beating a level, the player has the option to buy upgrades for Baloo's plane with the money collected, before proceeding to the next level. In bonus levels the player controls Kit on an airfoil to pop balloons for bonus points.
Raiden
Raiden consists of eight vertical scrolling missions where the player maneuvers the Raiden craft dodging and destroying enemy robots, buildings, ground targets, and aircraft. There are bombs and missile powerups as well as collectable medals which add to the score. When player dies, the fighter's fragments become projectiles that damage enemies. After defeating the Stage 8 boss, the mission is completed, and player receives 1 million points for each completed loop. Afterwards, it will start back to Stage 1. This time around, enemies shoot faster and at a more rapid rate.
Contagion
Contagion takes place in a fictional world where the original Roanoke Colony thrived up until now. A contagion of unknown origins has infected the locals turning them into a mindless horde of flesh eating zombies. It is up to the remaining survivors to escape, extract, or hunt one another if they are to survive the horrors they now face. Contagion isn't your average Zombie Shooter but instead takes a more realistic and different approach to the popular genre with unique characters, environments, weapons, items, and a built in system that makes every round completely unpredictable with resources, objectives, and paths ever changing.
Choplifter!
Choplifter is military themed scrolling shooter where you play as a pilot. Take off from your home base and fly across a horizontally-scrolling playfield of rugged terrain to reach the enemy Bungelings' barracks. There, you must land and rescue a group of helpless hostages and return then to your base. To hinder your mission, the enemy will attack with an array of armaments including tanks, jets, and dangerous air mines. To complete a perfect game, you must rescue all of the 64 hostages.

Midnight Resistance
Midnight Resistance is a side-scrolling action shooting game produced by Data East for the arcades in 1989. The game was ported by Data East to the Sega Mega Drive in 1990 and by Ocean Software to various home computer platforms during the same year. The game is set in a dystopian future where the player controls a member of a resistance movement who goes on a mission to rescue his kidnapped family from a mad scientist.
Star Wars: Rebel Assault
It is a period of civil war. Rebel starships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire; which, under the command of Darth Vader, rules the galaxy with an iron fist. The Empire, however, is far from defeated, and many young pilots have joined the Rebels in the hopes of restoring freedom to the galaxy. Rebel Assault was one of the first CD-ROM games and the first Star Wars game with the full original motion video. It's a side story of a young pilot in the rebel army. He came from Tatooine but he is just a regular pilot. The game takes you to some key battles, like taking down a star destroyer, raiding an Imperial base or destroying the Death Star

The first game of the Ace Combat series. Combat flight simulator in which you play a mercenary pilot who hires his combat skills to several corporations, governments, etc. in order to get cash for weapons & upgrades. The game progresses through a series of linear missions, and has a 2 player split-screen deathmatch mode plus a series of extras like hidden planes, mini-games, etc.
Moon Patrol
Moon Patrol is a side-scrolling shooter that puts players at the controls of a six-wheeled moon rover that can jump and shoot. The goal is to move through the entire course as quickly as possible while shooting enemies for additional points. Cannons are mounted on the front and top of the vehicle, and both fire simultaneously when the fire button is pressed. Rocks, mines, and pits in the course prevent you from just holding to the right for maximum speed. Rocks and mines can be shot, but pits must be jumped. Some enemies fire shots that create new pits in the course, forcing players to react quickly.
Magic Carpet
Magic Carpet is a video game released by Bullfrog Productions in 1994. Its graphics and gameplay were considered innovative and technically impressive at the time. A revised edition, Magic Carpet Plus, included the Hidden Worlds expansion pack which added 25 levels and a winter-themed tileset. The title also had a sequel released in 1995, Magic Carpet 2. Magic Carpet was considered by critics to be a revolutionary game for its time.
